This is the most common issue, and it's almost always caused by your browser blocking the print popup. Here's how to fix it for each browser:
Google Chrome
- Look at the right side of the address bar โ you should see a small icon that looks like a blocked window.
- Click it and select Always allow pop-ups from this site.
- Click Print / Save PDF again โ the print window should now appear.
Safari (Mac)
- In the menu bar, go to Safari โ Settings โ Websites.
- Click Pop-up Windows in the left sidebar.
- Find our site in the list and change it from Block to Allow.
- Try the Print button again.
Firefox
- When a popup is blocked, a yellow bar appears at the top of the page โ click Allow in that bar.
- If you don't see it, go to Settings โ Privacy & Security โ scroll to Block pop-up windows and add our site as an exception.
The Generate button stays locked until all of the following are completed โ check each one:
- First name โ must be filled in (required)
- Last name โ must be filled in (required)
- Verification checkbox 1 โ "I verify that I attended the full webinar" โ must be checked
- Verification checkbox 2 โ "I understand that this certificate is not valid for credit submission until I complete the post-webinar evaluation" โ must be checked
Once all required fields are filled and both boxes are checked, the button will turn dark blue and become clickable.
The certificate is designed for US Letter paper in landscape orientation. If your PDF looks off, adjust these settings in the print dialog:
- In the print window, set Paper size to US Letter (or 8.5 ร 11 in).
- Set Orientation to Landscape.
- Set Margins to None or Minimum.
- In Chrome, click More settings and uncheck Headers and footers โ this prevents the browser from adding its own date and URL text over the certificate.
- Change the destination to Save as PDF if you want a file rather than a printed copy.
The webinar title, date, and accreditation details are pre-filled by Whitehat โ you don't enter these yourself. If they look incorrect, it's possible you've landed on a certificate generator for a different webinar.
- Return to the webinar page you attended and use the certificate link provided there.
- If you followed a link in your confirmation or follow-up email, make sure it's the email for the correct session.
If you believe the details shown are genuinely incorrect, please contact us using the button below and we'll get it sorted.
No problem โ just go back and start over. Click the โ Enter Different Name button at the bottom of the certificate page, correct your details, re-check both verification boxes, and generate again.
The Florida license number field only appears when you select Florida CE from the Credit Type dropdown. It won't show for P.A.C.E. or General Certificate options.
- Click the Credit Type dropdown.
- Select Florida CE.
- The Florida CE License Number field will appear below the Credit Type row.
Note: the license number is optional โ you can leave it blank if you prefer not to include it on the certificate.
Try these steps in order:
- Hard refresh the page: Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac.
- Try a different browser โ if you're on Safari, try Chrome or Firefox.
- Disable browser extensions temporarily โ ad blockers occasionally interfere with embedded apps. Try opening the page in a private/incognito window, which disables extensions by default.
- Check your internet connection and try again.
If none of these work, the app may be temporarily unavailable. Please contact us and we'll assist you directly.
Generating your certificate is step one โ but credit is only officially reported to ASCLS P.A.C.E.ยฎ and CE Broker after you complete the post-webinar evaluation survey.
- If you haven't completed the evaluation yet, please do so โ the link was included in your post-webinar follow-up email from Whitehat.
- After you submit your evaluation, Whitehat processes and submits credit reports to the relevant agencies. Please allow a few business days for your credit to appear in your account.
- If it's been more than a week and your credit still isn't showing, contact us and we'll look into it.
